The deputy emphasized the problem of traffic jams in the capital and suggested several solutions, including moving some enterprises, such as re-export and vehicle registration, outside the city, for example, to Tokmok or Kara-Balta. He stressed that this could help reduce the burden on Bishkek's roads.
Furthermore, in his opinion, relocating major universities to the specified cities could significantly improve the local economy and infrastructure due to the influx of students.
Amangeldiev supported this initiative and promised to consider it within the framework of programs being developed by the government.
