A school, a sports complex, and a clinic are planned to be built on 10 hectares
Currently, the Jogorku Kenesh is working on a draft law that proposes lifting the ban on the allocation of lands under the jurisdiction of state bodies.
The initiative arose in response to requests from residents of the village of Chon-Aryk, located near the State Residence, to President Sadyr Japarov to address the problem of the lack of educational institutions. As a result, the president instructed to allocate 10.48 hectares from the territory of the residence for the creation of a school, a medical facility, and a sports complex.
The transfer of social facilities and the land plot will be carried out in favor of the ayil okmotu.
It is worth noting that the committee on constitutional legislation, state structure, local self-government, and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh has already approved this draft law in the first reading.
