One reader expressed his dissatisfaction: "The gas blocks are installed without mortar. How can we build homes that will remain for our children and our country this way? What will happen if everything collapses tomorrow? If they are receiving money, they should do everything correctly," he noted.
The Ministry of Construction confirmed that this facility belongs to the State Mortgage Company and is being built at the corner of Togolok Moldo and Karasaev streets in Karakol.
The Ministry noted that the Regional Administration of the Issyk-Kul region of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department conducted an inspection, as a result of which the low-quality gas blocks were completely dismantled. After the dismantling work was completed, the facility was brought into compliance with current construction standards and technical requirements.
In addition, the contracting organization was issued directives in accordance with the legislation. Currently, construction work is continuing within the framework of the approved project and estimate documentation.
