According to resolution No. 80, signed on February 10 by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev, the following categories of documents are subject to mandatory storage in paper form:
- documents confirming the identity of citizens of Kyrgyzstan, including military personnel, as well as identification for foreign citizens and stateless persons, such as residence permits and refugee certificates;
- military registration documents;
- certificates of state registration of civil status acts issued by foreign competent authorities, and their notarized translations into the official language;
- documents related to citizenship, asylum, and residence permits, as well as "Meken-kart" whose storage period has not yet expired according to the nomenclature;
- documents regarding employment and work experience, as well as papers related to the investigation of workplace accidents and occupational diseases;
- documents on education, qualifications, academic degrees, and titles issued both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad, and their notarized translations;
- documents issued by military educational institutions;
- documents of the National Archival Fund of Kyrgyzstan that are subject to transfer or have already been transferred to state archives;
- documents prepared by inquiry, investigation, or court bodies on various cases, including decisions of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, and local courts;
- charter documents of non-profit legal entities provided for by the regulation on state registration;
- notarial acts, such as wills and various types of contracts;
- documents creating financial and property obligations;
- documents related to public procurement and contracts;
- title documents for real estate, cadastral plans, and licenses;
- books of registration of civil status acts;
- documents on intellectual property, including patents and trademarks;
- acts of emergency commissions;
- international treaties and protocols;
- documents on specialized forms of strict accountability with protective elements;
- mandatory registration logs, if provided for by law;
- certificates confirming the right to social support and pension provision;
- documents on awards and prizes;
- outpatient medical records;
- inpatient medical records.
