The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced that all meat products entering the markets of Bishkek undergo mandatory veterinary control. The inspection procedure is carried out directly at the locations where veterinary laboratories operate and is conducted before obtaining permission for sale.

According to the department's information, at the "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dikhan" markets, wholesale meat sales points continue to operate as usual. Trading begins early, at 5:00–6:00 AM, which allows residents and entrepreneurs to be supplied with quality meat products.

Before meat is allowed for sale, specialists check its origin, the presence of necessary accompanying documents, and veterinary certificates.

The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized that control over meat products is aimed at protecting public health and preventing the sale of goods that do not meet established standards. In Bishkek, work is constantly being carried out to ensure compliance with sanitary and veterinary norms in the markets.
