On February 20, a regional board meeting took place, during which districts, organizations, entrepreneurs, and leaders who made significant contributions to the development of the socio-economic sphere of the region were awarded. The awards were presented by the representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Talas region.
Award for "Best District - 2025"
The Manas district was awarded the title of "Best District" for the results of 2025. It received the transitional Red Banner of the Talas region and a cash prize of 50,000 soms.
"Best Aiyl Aimak - 2025"
The title of "Best Aiyl Aimak" was awarded to Shumkar-Uya, located in the Talas district, which also received a cash prize of 30,000 soms.
"Best Institution - 2025"
The Talas Regional Unified Hospital named after Ch. Mambetov was named the "Best Institution" of the year and received a prize of 10,000 soms.
Awards for Best Leaders - 2025
The titles of "Best Leader" were awarded to the following specialists, each of whom received 5,000 soms:
Kuan-dyk Omorovich Kerimbaev — Head of the Talas Regional Road Maintenance Department No. 3;
Akyilbek Jumakadyrovich Sultanov — Director of "Talas Electric Networks";
Ümötaly Rysalievich Alybaev — Head of the Talas Regional Department of Urban Planning and Architecture;
Azamat Nurmanovich Arykbaev — Head of the Energy Supervision Service for the Talas region;
Tamara Karaevna Junusova — Director of the Talas Regional Blood Center.
Title of "Best Entrepreneur - 2025"
Four entrepreneurs were awarded the title of "Best Entrepreneur" for the results of 2025:
Mak-sat Esenbekovich Zhanchykulov — Individual entrepreneur from the Bakai-Ata district;
Ilyas Muratbekovich Amiraev — Individual entrepreneur from the Manas district;
Islambek Talasbekovich Atakeev — Individual entrepreneur from the Aitmatov district;
Kanatbek Beyshenalievich Subanov — Head of OsOO "DNA Group."
