According to local residents, the situation with stray dogs is becoming increasingly dangerous, and the attack on children was the last straw that prompted them to demand government intervention. They emphasize that the problem requires immediate resolution.
In their collective appeal, the citizens put forward the following demands:
- immediate capture of aggressive dogs that pose a danger to people;
- placement of captured animals in specialized shelters with mandatory veterinary examinations;
- implementation of systematic control over the population of stray animals, including sterilization, vaccination, and registration;
- increased responsibility for pet owners in cases of free roaming and abandonment on the streets.
Residents stress that the safety of children should be a priority for the authorities and urge them to inform the public about the measures taken.
