According to the proposed changes, the time for certification and registration will be reduced from one month to ten working days. There will also be the possibility of conducting exams via videoconferencing for applicants from remote areas, as well as the issuance of electronic certificates and the creation of an appeals commission for those who disagree with the certification results.
The qualification confirmation process will consist of two stages:
- testing, which includes 30 questions and is allotted 40 minutes;
- an interview, during which both theoretical knowledge and practical skills will be assessed.
Evaluation will be conducted on a five-point scale, and a minimum score of 3.6 is required to pass successfully.
