Medical professionals expressed dissatisfaction with salary levels and working conditions
In Kyrgyzstan, the profession of a doctor is considered one of the most undervalued and challenging. This opinion has become a topic of discussion on social media among the country's medical workers.
One of the doctors shared her experience, attaching a salary receipt to her post.
She noted: "Here is my salary at the city hospital, where I work on a schedule of 6/1 from 8:00 to 17:00. With such a schedule, there is no question of a personal life. Every day, we receive between 35 to 40 patients, the flow does not stop. You return home feeling like a squeezed lemon, exhausted both mentally and physically."
She also posed the question: "How can one live on such a salary in the current inflation conditions for a month?"

It should be noted that the country's authorities promised to raise salaries for medical workers and teachers in April 2026.
