The center, located in a private house at 50 Shcherbakova Street, operated under increased public scrutiny.
According to information provided by the journalist, three recent complaints have been recorded from patients dissatisfied with the quality of services.
One of the patients reported that she was prescribed medication without a prior examination by the folk healer. "My knees hurt, and when I came to the center, they just sold me a drug," she noted.
In connection with the incident, the head of the licensing department of the Ministry of Health, Aman Osmonov, initiated an inspection of Zamir Akjolbekovich's activities.
However, during the inspection, the healer was not present at the location. His brother, Aimanbek Jumakeev, acted as a representative. Questions arose regarding the legality of selling medicinal herbs, and it was established that Akjolbekovich lacked a license for medical practice. When asked to provide documents, he refused, stating the need for a lawyer's presence.
As a result, he was fined 100,000 soms for illegal medical practice, and the police were called to the scene. An operational group from the Sverdlovsk District Police Department attempted to enter the premises, but they were denied access and not provided with the necessary documentation. The investigator conducted an interrogation on-site, sealed the doors, and closed the center.
The investigation will continue by law enforcement agencies.
