Today, during a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputies reviewed the bill "On the Ratification of the Agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Italy on the Encouragement and Protection of Investments," which was signed on May 30, 2025, in Astana, in its third reading.
The main goal of this agreement is to create a legal basis that facilitates the attraction of foreign direct investments.
In addition, the deputies discussed the bill "On the Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union," signed on July 28, 2025, in Moscow, also in its third reading.
The amendments made are aimed at addressing shortcomings identified in the application of the law and clarifying certain terms.
As a result of the voting, the bills were adopted by the deputies.
