At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, laws were adopted regarding the ratification of agreements on the mutual abolition of visas for citizens with diplomatic and service passports.

Agreements have been concluded with Egypt, Oman, Slovenia, and Benelux. All documents were reviewed and adopted in three readings on March 12.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Almaz Imangaziev, presented the bills to the deputies, noting that these agreements contribute to strengthening diplomatic ties and simplifying official travel between countries.

According to the new agreements, holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports from Kyrgyzstan, as well as from the specified countries, will be able to cross borders without a visa, with the duration of stay not exceeding 90 days within a 180-day period.
