A special commission, which included representatives from the Chuy Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and the Regional Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, as well as employees of the Baytik-Baatyr Ayil Okmotu, conducted an inspection of the facility.
During the inspection, it was found that a track for ATVs had been set up on the territory of the buggy karting, surrounded by car tires. Auxiliary structures were also discovered — a container and a garage for storing and servicing the equipment.
As a result of the inspection, the owner was issued an official order, and the activities of Buggy Drom were suspended until the identified violations are rectified. The Ministry of Construction noted that monitoring of the situation will continue, and additional measures will be taken as necessary in accordance with the law.
