Adylbek Kasymaliev met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro

During the meeting, the possibilities for cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Montenegro in various fields were discussed, including the economy, tourism, agriculture, and energy.


Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev met with Ervin Ibrahimovic, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, who visited the country on an official visit. This information was provided by the government press service.

Kasymaliev expressed interest in deepening ties with Montenegro, emphasizing areas of mutual interest. He also noted that the opening of the Honorary Consulate of Montenegro in Kyrgyzstan and the activities of the appointed consul could significantly contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation and the strengthening of friendly relations.

Ervin Ibrahimovic, for his part, thanked the Kyrgyz side for the warm welcome and expressed Montenegro's desire to enhance interaction with Kyrgyzstan.

During the dialogue, the prospects for further development of relations between the two countries in key areas such as trade, economy, tourism, agriculture, and energy were discussed.

In addition, Adylbek Kasymaliev invited the Montenegrin delegation to participate in the Second Global Mountain Summit, which will take place in 2027 under the auspices of the UN, and also suggested that Montenegrin athletes take part in the VI World Nomad Games.
