Tai-Muras Tashiev, the son of the former head of the State National Security Committee (GKNB), Kamchybek Tashiev, commented on the recent claims made by businessman Sharshenbek Abdykerimov regarding the "Tommy Mall" shopping center.

He denied the information that this property was allegedly transferred to his mother's relatives, calling it "an obvious lie." According to him, none of the assets returned to the state ended up in the ownership of their family.

“This is absolutely untrue. Not a single asset that was returned to the state has, in any form, passed to us,” said Tai-Muras.

Additionally, he proposed the creation of a special commission to verify all returned assets, which, in his opinion, would help clarify which properties were transferred to the state and to whom they subsequently went.

Tashiev also emphasized that his father and the entire family did not derive any benefit from the returned property. “We did not receive a single tyiyn from these assets. All of them were transferred to the state,” he added.

It is worth noting that earlier Sharshenbek Abdykerimov claimed that the "Tommy Mall" shopping center was allegedly transferred to close relatives of the Tashiev family and appealed to President Sadyr Japarov to look into this matter.
