Sharshenbek Abdykerimov, the founder of the "Ayu" holding, wrote on his Facebook account to the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, requesting a review of the deal concerning the "Tommy Mall" shopping center.

According to him, he owned two shopping centers. The first one, "Ayu Grand Comfort," was fairly valued and transferred to state ownership, where it became part of the Social Fund. Abdykerimov believes this decision was correct and considers his accountability for past mistakes an important step towards restoring justice. Currently, this facility is operational, and the rental income goes to the Social Fund, which helps support pensioners.

However, the businessman expresses concern regarding the second center, "Tommy Mall," named after his daughter.

According to Abdykerimov, this facility was undervalued, comparable to the price of a three- or four-room apartment, and then transferred to individuals associated with the entourage of former head of the GKNB Kamchybek Tashiev. He urged the president to instruct the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough, transparent, and objective investigation into all circumstances of the case, followed by a legal assessment.

The entrepreneur supports the president's view on the necessity of legally addressing all citizens' appeals. He noted that it is important to make decisions without political influence and destabilization of the situation, based on the law and principles of justice. "I acknowledge and accept those decisions that were made fairly. But where justified questions arise, I ask them to be considered from a legal perspective. Justice should be applicable to all, regardless of their status and connections. This is not just words, but a real result that should be expressed in legal and equal decisions for everyone," concluded Sharshenbek Abdykerimov.
