According to him, the cost of a ticket exceeds 600 soms for the opportunity to catch three kilograms of fish, and the ticket has become a one-time purchase, unlike the previously available annual ticket.
“Why not set the price at 100 soms per kilogram and allow people to pay through banks that are convenient for them? Elderly people and fishing enthusiasts are facing inconveniences. Federations engaged in training children are also expressing dissatisfaction,” he added.
In response, the director of the fisheries department, Jalilbek Toimatov, stated that their agency had also received similar inquiries and is currently considering the possibility of reducing ticket prices for pensioners.
“Prices have changed; they were different last year, and this year they are current. The tariffs were developed by the Academy of Sciences,” Toimatov explained.
He also noted that the possibility of paying for tickets through various banks and mobile applications is being considered.
