"The system is not working, there is no internet, and in two hours, no one has been served. Why is this still happening in 2026? People took time off work to re-register their land plot, but they don’t know when the system will be restored. The employees are sitting idle, and the line is growing. Soon it will be noon, and they will go to lunch," the woman expressed her dissatisfaction.
Representatives of the state agency assured that specialists are currently working to resolve the malfunction. It is expected that the internet connection will be restored in the coming hours, and the branch's operations will resume as normal.
The State Agency apologizes to all citizens waiting for services at the Sokuluk branch for the inconvenience caused and calls for understanding in this situation.
