Azamat Osmonov, the presidential representative, met with agrarians from the Panfilov and Jayil districts
A meeting took place in the Chui region between the presidential representative Azamat Osmonov and farmers and land cultivators from the Panfilov and Jayil districts. The main topic of discussion was the preparatory measures for spring irrigation works and the need for fair distribution of irrigation water.
According to the press service of the presidential representative, Osmonov emphasized that the distribution of water for irrigation must strictly comply with the legislation and established norms. He stressed that no special conditions, personal agreements, or leniencies would be allowed, regardless of personal or friendly connections.
“All agrarians must be in equal conditions. Transparency and adherence to common rules are key to a successful irrigation season,” the representative stated.
He also noted that only the joint efforts of the state and farmers, as well as compliance with laws, can ensure fair distribution of water resources.
Additionally, Azamat Osmonov proposed to more actively implement the method of winter moisture-charging irrigation using freezing technology. According to him, this will help to more effectively accumulate moisture in the soil, rationally use water resources, and reduce the risks of water deficiency during the growing season.
Government bodies and local authorities have been instructed to intensify explanatory work among farmers and assist in the practical application of this method, especially in areas with water shortages.
