Approved list of artists eligible for a preferential pension

The government of the country has approved a new list of categories of theater artists and other performing groups who are entitled to receive a pension under conditions that differ from the standard ones. The officially published document contains all the necessary information.

This decision was made in accordance with the provisions of the Law "On State Pension Social Insurance." The new list replaces the outdated one that has been in effect since 1997, which is now deemed invalid.

The updated list includes artists whose activities require significant physical effort, as well as creative workload, allowing them the opportunity to retire early.

This regulation will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
