Samarbeka Bolotbekov is distinguished by extensive experience and qualifications: he completed his studies at the International University of Kyrgyzstan, earning a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in international law. In addition, he holds a PhD in political science and has a lawyer's license. His work experience includes serving as the head of the Sverdlovsk district administration in Bishkek, the mayor of Naryn, and the director of the Department of Individual Housing Construction of the capital's mayor's office.
