News about the detention of a deputy began to spread on social media
In the Jogorku Kenesh, rumors that deputy Shairbek Tashiev had been arrested were denied. Parliamentary representatives noted that no requests for his detention had been received.
Initially, messages appeared on social media stating that the MP had been detained. Later, there were denials indicating that Shairbek Tashiev is currently outside the country.
It should be noted that the detention of a deputy requires the consent of his colleagues, obtained through voting. Exceptions are made in cases where the suspect was detained at the crime scene; in such cases, it is mandatory to notify the Jogorku Kenesh and obtain the deputies' permission to conduct investigative actions.
