Eldar Sulaymanov, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, has decided to prematurely resign his powers. It has been reported that he has already submitted the relevant application to parliament, according to information from sources within the institution.
The reasons that prompted him to take this step remain unknown, and Sulaymanov himself has not provided any official comments on the matter.
According to the same sources, similar decisions from other deputies may follow soon, although their names have not yet been disclosed.
It is worth reminding that earlier the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic intended to consider the possibility of depriving Sulaymanov of his mandate.
After Eldar Sulaymanov is deprived of his mandate, the next deputy from the Aravan multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 is likely to be Azizbek Abdullaev.
