Discussing the situation surrounding the appeal of 75 citizens, Mamytov emphasized that all disputed issues should be resolved legally, without intrigue and pressure.
He noted that the parliament does not have the authority to assess the possibility of early presidential elections and recommended immediately addressing the Constitutional Court. This would allow the issue to be resolved without unnecessary disputes. Mamytov emphasized that the speaker in such cases should act as a crisis manager and follow the regulations. He added that the law should always be a priority, and all actions should take place within the legal framework.
Mamytov also noted that he supported the election of Marlen Mamataliyev as the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
