Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Erulan Kokulov, who arrived on-site for the field inspection, expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the pharmacy and the actions of local authorities. He pointed out that the premises do not provide adequate conditions for storing medications, there is no control over the temperature regime, and many drugs are in unacceptable condition.
Kokulov also emphasized that there is a lack of systematic control from the administration and medical institutions in the area.
“This is a state pharmacy, where the rules for storing medications must be followed, not just storing them haphazardly. People seek help, and instead, they risk their health,” the deputy stressed.
During his visit, he demanded that the district akim and his deputies, as well as the chief physician, immediately take measures to eliminate the violations, ensure that the premises comply with standards, and restore order in the pharmacy network.
According to the parliamentarian, the operation of such institutions must strictly adhere to standards, as this directly affects the safety and health of the population.
Local authorities reported plans to address the identified violations and consider relocating the pharmacy to a more suitable premises.
