Zhyldyzkan Joldoshova, a well-known politician and public figure, made serious accusations against Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the chairman of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Kyrgyzstan. In her social media post, she claimed that Shainazarov allegedly boasted about how he beat Sadyr Japarov during a fight in parliament that occurred on April 1, 2011, after a report by the then Attorney General K. Baibolov.

According to Joldoshova, Shainazarov stated in a close circle: "I smashed Sadyr Japarov's face... one punch — and blood went from his forehead," adding that he inflicted the injury on Japarov with a punch while wearing a ring on his hand.

Additionally, she mentioned rumors on the internet that Shainazarov was allegedly detained with 20 kilograms of drugs and called on Kamchybek Tashiev to hold him accountable.

Tynchtyk Shainazarov, responding to Joldoshova's statements, categorically denied all her words. "I was extremely surprised and upset by her statements that I ever beat President Sadyr Japarov. This is absolute nonsense, slander, and manipulation," he said.

Shainazarov also denied the claims about "20 kilograms of heroin," adding that he does not intend to go into details. He expressed the opinion that such statements from Joldoshova may be a result of her mental state.
