As noted by Kasymaliev, the first stage of digitalization has been successfully completed by the Ministry of Defense. This includes the organization of electronic document flow, accounting for civilian personnel, and registration of military personnel.

Currently, the electronic military accounting system is operating in test mode in five military enlistment offices. Plans are in place for its implementation in another 25 offices by March 2026.

It is expected that the transition to digital technologies will simplify accounting processes, increase data accuracy, and make the work of military enlistment offices more transparent and efficient.
