
In his speech to the diplomatic corps, the minister noted that last year Kyrgyzstan actively developed its foreign policy. During this period, 190 meetings at high and top levels were held, and 633 international agreements and documents were signed. Kulubaev added that the number of partner countries has increased to 185, and Kyrgyzstan opened its first embassy in Africa.
Speaking about plans for the next year, the minister emphasized the importance of Kyrgyzstan's upcoming chairmanship in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the holding of the anniversary summit in Bishkek. In addition, the republic will host the Sixth World Nomad Games and the Issyk-Kul International Forum named after Chinghiz Aitmatov.
In his welcoming speech, Jeenbek Kulubaev expressed gratitude to the diplomats for their contribution to the development of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan and noted that even in conditions of global instability, the republic remains a reliable and open partner, striving for constructive dialogue for peace and sustainable development.
