During a new staff meeting held at the presidential administration, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, announced the results of a study titled "Public Trust Index" for the second half of 2025. The information was provided by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Kasymaliev reminded that the monitoring is conducted by the National Statistical Committee every six months and covers all seven regions, as well as Bishkek and Osh. This allows for an objective picture of changes in public opinion and the level of trust citizens have in the actions of government bodies.
As a result of the second half of 2025, the trust index reached a record level of 46.2 points, which is 18% higher than in 2024.
The head of the Cabinet noted that such a significant increase in the index confirms the high trust of the population in the policies of President Sadyr Japarov and the results of his team's work. He emphasized that the deep socio-economic changes occurring in the country in recent years indicate an increase in the effectiveness of government bodies and their ability to respond to the needs of citizens.
At the end of the meeting, Adylbek Kasymaliev addressed the heads of state institutions and structural divisions of the presidential administration, urging them not to slow down their work pace and to focus on maintaining further economic growth, as well as on promptly addressing issues relevant to citizens.
