On January 17, a resident of Zelenaya Street contacted the police, stating that his "Volkswagen Polo," left near his home, had been stolen around 11:30 PM.
A case was opened regarding this incident under Article 211 ("Theft of a Vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigators, after analyzing footage from surveillance cameras, were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be 18-year-old T.A., who had previously had legal issues.
In addition, it became known that the stolen vehicle was left by the suspect near the Red Crescent Society.
The investigation is ongoing.
