The investigation established that the incident is related to the detention of A. I. by the officers of the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Bishkek City Police Department on December 6, 2025, during which he voluntarily handed over tablets of a potent drug. In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the interrogation, A. I. stated that he had purchased the medications from A. M., born in 1995. On December 29, 2025, she was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Further investigation revealed that her husband, N. A., born in 1997, threatened A. I. with an object resembling a firearm, demanding that he change his testimony. In connection with these circumstances, a criminal case was initiated under Articles 280 "Hooliganism" and 355 "Threat or Violence in Connection with Pre-Trial Proceedings" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
N. A. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crimes. The investigation is ongoing.
