According to information from the employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district, on June 21, 2025, a resident of the village of Luxembourg, Sh. V., born in 1981, reported to the police. According to the investigation, at the end of January 2025, I. A. and her accomplices, using deception and abusing trust, illegally acquired the apartment belonging to the complainant.
After that, they re-registered the ownership in their favor and sold the apartment to third parties for profit.
As a result of these actions, the victim suffered damages amounting to 80 thousand dollars, which at the current exchange rate is 6,991,200 soms.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify and detain the suspects - I. A., born in 1995, and M. E., born in 1994. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
