Three employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration, known as "Unaa," have been detained in Bishkek. This information was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region.

The investigation concerns a case of forgery of certificates of completion from driving schools. The investigation established that the directors of private driving schools, B. T. and M. A., through intermediary I. T., unlawfully received between 40,000 to 120,000 soms for fictitious training from their students. They registered citizens on the state portal and issued false documents without actual completion of the courses. According to the investigation, 244 students were registered through one intermediary, bringing them 2,760,850 soms.

During the investigation, it was revealed that this criminal group, led by the intermediary, was also engaged in the illegal registration of vehicles based on forged documents obtained from neighboring countries. According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, employees of "Unaa" assisted them in this process. They facilitated the fictitious registration of data and the processing of vehicles using forged certificates and registration documents.

In connection with the suspicion of illegal vehicle registration, the chief specialist S. D. and two other specialists, K. U. and U. A., who were born in 1997, have been detained for a month.

Investigative actions are ongoing, and necessary measures are being taken to clarify all the details of the criminal scheme and to hold all those responsible accountable.
