
According to information provided by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, the incident occurred in the village of Petrovka in the Moscow district on February 14 at around 00:30. Three men — T.M., T.J., and K.K. — arrived in the village from Bishkek while intoxicated. On Frunze Street, they encountered A.E. and his acquaintances, which led to a verbal altercation and then a fight.
During the scuffle, T.M. disrupted public order and, using a knife, stabbed A.E.
After the incident, T.J., T.M., and K.K. left the scene in a car.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (hooliganism). Currently, forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
During operational activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects — T.J. and T.M., born in 2003, who were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are underway to clarify all the details of the incident and identify possible accomplices.
