
According to the provided information, on February 14 at around 00:30, three individuals — T.M., T.J., and K.K. — arrived in the village of Petrovka from Bishkek while intoxicated. On Frunze Street, they encountered A.E. and his acquaintances, which led to a verbal altercation that soon escalated into a fight.

During the conflict, T.M., disturbing public order, inflicted injuries on A.E. with a knife.
After the incident, T.J., T.M., and K.K. left the scene in a Honda car.
The incident was reported to the police department of the Moscow district, where a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers, during operational-search activities, were able to identify the suspects. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, were detained. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
