Citizen T.O. filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District against Z.K.. According to her, Z.K., having gained her trust at the Orto-Sai market, deceitfully promised to bring sportswear from Turkey and ultimately stole 1 million 200 thousand soms, after which she disappeared.
Based on this complaint, the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District initiated a criminal case for fraud, as provided for by Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the staff of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District located and detained Z.K., born in 1993. The woman was taken to the Investigative Service, where, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
