The applicant stated that from November 18 to December 2, 2025, in one of the shopping centers located on K. Datka Street, these women gained her trust and deceitfully obtained jewelry worth a total of 36 million soms for subsequent sale.
According to the press service, the stolen items were then sold to a pawn shop at a significantly reduced price, and the money received from the sale was not returned within the stipulated time. After that, the suspects disappeared.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During operational search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain the women Sh.Ch. (born in 1985) and S.N. (born in 1988).
The detainees were sent to the Investigative Service, and according to the data from the Internal Affairs Department, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek. The investigation is ongoing.
