He noted that the service can only conduct scheduled inspections of working conditions. At the same time, an inspection from the Ministry of Construction is present at each construction site, responsible for monitoring working conditions and ensuring safety regulations from the start of work until the completion of construction.
“Unfortunately, we only react after an accident occurs,” Madirov added.
The deputy head of the agency also commented that at the beginning of the year, the service sends out directives and reminders to construction companies about the necessity of adhering to safety standards, despite existing limitations.
