An incident of a road nature occurred in Bishkek, during which a security guard beat another driver and threw away his phone. This information was provided by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobrskiy district.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 24, a report of a conflict that took place on 7 April Street was received by the duty unit.
The fact was registered in the unified record journal of the Internal Affairs Department, and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During the investigation, officers of the Patrol and Guard Service identified and brought to the Internal Affairs Department a citizen named A.A., born in 1991. In accordance with Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
