The most at risk are:
- The Toо-Ashuu and Ala-Bel passes, as well as the Chychkan gorge on the Bishkek — Osh highway;
- 55-115 kilometers of the Myrza-Ake — Kara-Kulja — Alayku highway;
- The Chapchyma pass on the Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kyya road;
- 0-3 kilometers of the Krasnaya Gorka — Akhtash road;
- The Dolon pass on the Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart route;
- The Kok-Art pass on the Balikchi — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad road;
- The Chon-Ashuu pass on the Karakol — Enilchek highway.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations strongly recommends that drivers maintain a distance of 500 meters when traveling through potentially avalanche-prone areas.
