In Osh, two drivers were fined 30,000 soms for auto hooliganism

In the city of Osh, two drivers were fined a total of 30,000 soms for dangerous driving and actions classified as auto hooliganism.

This information was provided by the patrol service of the police department of the city of Osh.

According to the agency, the incidents occurred on the streets of Kurmanjan Datka and A. Sargalchaev. As a result of the inspection, it was established that the drivers of the "Lexus LX 470" and "Kia K7" violated traffic rules, which became the basis for fines of 15,000 soms each, and explanatory conversations were also held.

In addition, a case of auto hooliganism was previously recorded involving five young people who decided to install sound signals and additional light devices on their car, attaching fake license plates to record a video.

As a result, their vehicle was placed in a towing lot, and a fine of 10,000 soms was imposed for driving with counterfeit license plates.



Article 189. Auto Hooliganism

1. Auto hooliganism implies intentional actions by the driver of a vehicle that clearly violate public order and the tranquility of citizens, as well as demonstrate gross disrespect for society, including violations of traffic rules and vehicle operation (for example, car racing or demonstration driving in unauthorized places).

For such actions, a fine for individuals is set at 150 calculation indicators.

2. A repeated violation specified in part 1 of this article within a year results in the deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of 6 months.
