As the woman recounted, in June 2025, her nephew, P.A., persuaded her to issue a General Power of Attorney in his name to resolve issues related to one of the land plots.
“After I issued the power of attorney, he transferred another plot of land, measuring 6.5 acres, to his younger brother,” Aliyeva noted.
In December, she filed a complaint with the Sokuluk district police, but has yet to receive any response from law enforcement agencies.
“My nephew and his brother are threatening me. I have evidence of this. I ask you to take action,” she added.
