In Bishkek, nine people sought help at the Clinical Emergency Hospital due to injuries caused by icy conditions. This was reported in an interview on "Birinchi Radio" by Ilim Manapov, the deputy chief physician.

Among the injured, seven received outpatient treatment, while two required hospitalization. Some of them were injured while skiing, while others fell on the slippery streets of the city.

Manapov noted that this year, compared to previous ones, the number of injuries is lower, as there has not been much precipitation in 2026.

According to him, the overwhelming majority of injury cases are related to outdoor recreational activities.

Hospital representatives added that in the winter months of previous years, the number of patients with injuries reached 500-600, whereas this season the figures are significantly lower.
