The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR) has detained R.A. Isaev, a citizen of the country.
According to the information from the agency, Isaev assisted Manas Asenovich Sultanov, who has already been detained on charges of fraud and extortion related to large sums of property. The investigation indicates that Isaev acted as a partner and lawyer for Sultanov, participating in illegal usury activities.
Moreover, it was with Isaev's active involvement that the extortion of real estate and other valuables from the leaders of LLC "Expert Stroy" and LLC "Arz Development" took place.
Isaev, possessing legal knowledge and practical skills, advised Sultanov and accompanied his activities, which contributed to the unjustified imposition of restrictions on property rights to construction sites. He also threatened representatives of construction companies and investors.
It is important to note that as a result of the actions of Isaev and Sultanov, 89 investors of the residential complex "Silk Road" were harmed, as well as representatives of LLC "Arz Development" and other citizens who became victims of their usurious schemes.
On January 19, 2026, searches and investigative operations were conducted, resulting in the detention of R.A. Isaev, who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
The investigation is ongoing, and other possible participants in the criminal activity are currently being identified.
