The incident occurred in the village of Voyenno-Antonovka, where a man, posing as a horse transporter, deceived the victim out of more than 7 million soms.
According to information provided by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region, a crime report was filed on November 21, 2025, by citizen A.Z., born in 1971. He stated that on September 30, 2025, a certain M. near the "RIOM" car market in the mentioned village convinced him of the necessity to transport 65 horses from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan through the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint, as a result of which he gained 2,000,000 tenge and the animals themselves, after which he disappeared.
The applicant suffered significant financial losses amounting to 7,330,400 soms.
A criminal prosecution was initiated in this case under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement agencies soon identified the suspect - K.M., born in 1984. He was detained under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in custody.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of this crime.
