During the investigation, it was established that 32 administrative buildings and five plots of land located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (Manas), the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital, and Kochkor-Ata were transferred into private ownership or leased for a long term. These facilities were used for commercial activities, including medical centers, pharmacy points, and catering establishments.
During the illegal operation of these facilities, the rental payments received by the budget were significantly undervalued. However, after their return to state ownership, the lease conditions were revised, and the amount of rental payments increased manifold.
As a result of the investigative and operational measures taken, the properties and land plots were returned to state ownership.
