Today, January 23, a tragedy occurred in the Issyk-Ata district: a woman died as a result of a traffic accident. This information was confirmed by representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The incident occurred on the 36th kilometer of the Bishkek – Naryn – Torugart highway.
According to preliminary data, the driver of a Hyundai Solaris car lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and crash into a tree.
As a result of this incident, the woman died at the scene, while two other women and one girl sustained various injuries. The identities of the victims are currently being established.
Three employees from the district fire and rescue service No. 4 of the Issyk-Ata district were involved in the rescue operations. They helped extract both the body of the deceased and the injured from the vehicle, after which they handed them over to the paramedics.
