During the inspection, it was found that 3,472 officials failed to meet the requirements for submitting declarations, submitted them late, or provided inaccurate information.
Based on these facts, criminal cases were initiated under Article 438 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and the materials were sent to the courts for further proceedings.
As a result of the court proceedings, 2,882 officials were held accountable, with a total amount of imposed fines of 13 million 674 thousand soms.
For the remaining cases, court processes are still ongoing.
