Delegates from national kok-boru federations and related equestrian sports from various countries attended the event, while some participants joined online.
Delegates were welcomed by the director of the State Agency for Culture and Sports, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, the head of the secretariat of the World Nomad Games, Nursultan Adenov, and other officials.
Initially, participants listened to reports from the association's leadership, where the results of the work were summarized and strategic directions for further development and strengthening of international cooperation were discussed.

Also on the agenda was the election of a new president of the association. As a result of the voting, Talantbek Kenzheev was elected to this position.
The General Secretary became Kuuvatbek Askarbekov, and the vice-presidents elected were Ravshanbek Adhamov (Uzbekistan) and Sergey Savin (Russia).
The honorary presidents of the international association remained Askar Salymbekov and Nabidjan Juraev.

Additionally, the congress decided to amend the association's charter and accept new members — federations from Georgia and Pakistan.
It is worth noting that the International Kok-Boru Association was founded in 2023, with Kurmankul Zulyshev elected as president at that time. Furthermore, recently Akylbek Eshimov became the new president of the Kok-Boru Federation of Kyrgyzstan.

According to information from open sources, Talantbek Kenzheev is the general director and founder of the construction company CapstroyKG. Last year, he successfully climbed to the summit of Kilimanjaro with a team of climbers.
