The third condition is Iran's compliance with the restrictions of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) for missiles with a range of up to 300 km. The fourth requirement is the dismantling of the "axis of terror," which, according to the Prime Minister, has already been significantly weakened but is still in the process of recovery.
